Stage: Proscenium is 41' wide x 20' high. The stage depth is 31' from the plaster line to the back rear wall. Center line SR to SL wing wall is 40'. Wing space is limited. Upstage crossover width is 4' (obstructed SL). The floor is a resilient oak dance floor with a painted black finish. There are no traps. A portable Rosco dance floor is also available. An acoustical orchestra shell is also available.
Pit: The orchestra pit is 35' wide x 12' long x 7'6" deep. Maximum capacity is 30. The pit is raised and lowered manually, requiring a four-hour call with a six-person crew each way.
Rigging: A Vortek electric winch control panel is located SR. Five open pipes are available. Pipe diameter is 1½" Schedule 40 black pipe; batten length: 60' (centered); line set capacity: 1,500 lbs. Stage floor to gridiron: 28'; stage floor to batten high trim: 24'8". There is NO fly space.
Dressing Rooms: All rooms are located one floor below stage, accessible by stairs and stage elevator. One female suite with large (seating capacity: 13) and small (seating capacity: 8) dressing rooms and shared access to female restrooms and showers. One male suite with large (seating capacity: 13) and small (seating capacity: 9) dressing rooms and shared access to male restrooms and showers. Each dressing room contains counters, chairs, mirrors with makeup lights, sink, and costume rack.
Green Room: Located on dressing room level, 15' x 25', contains a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, counter top, dining table with six chairs, couches, chairs, full length mirror, and upright piano.
Stage Elevator: One service/passenger elevator with stops at sub-basement, dressing room and stage level (USR). Door size is 5'6"wide x 7' high, depth is 10'8". Capacity is 9,000 lbs.
Loading Info: Located SL, door size is 9' high x 5'6" wide. Access to stage via a 6' x 10' loading platform. Truck capacity is one 45' trailer with tractor (uncovered dock). Advance notice is required for all trucks.
