Pease contact the Box Office at (716) 878-3005 Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pm to process your refund. Have the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets on hand. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message with your name and number as we have limited staffing. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
