The Performing Arts Center provides all audience services. The House Manager and staff will set-up and tear-down the lobby, scan tickets, seat patrons, provide crowd control, keep the facilities clean and stocked, and assist patrons should they have any difficulties during a performance. Required for all events, a House Manager is on site 90 minutes prior to any event; they are the last person to leave the theater after a performance.

To ensure the health and safety of the audience, we require ushering staff for all events. Ushers are supplied at an additional cost; however, with prior arrangements, you may be permitted to supply some of your own volunteer ushers. Upon booking the facility, the Director of Operations will discuss your audience services needs to determine the number of ushers necessary. The Center reserves the right to determine the number and types of personnel required for the proper staffing of any event.

All Performing Arts Center facilities are fully accessible. Special seating locations are available for wheelchairs and assisted-listening devices are available for the hearing impaired. With prior arrangement, we can provide an escort from buses or parking lots for those requiring assistance. Please contact the Director of Operations via phone at (716) 878-3032 or by email at rhpac@buffalostate.edu if you require special services.

Parking for events is free and open in any faculty, staff or student parking lot starting one-hour prior to public events, Monday-Friday. Parking is free and open in any parking lot on weekends. Rental clients needing access to parking can request temporary parking permits.
