All guests attending the Buffalo Opera Unlimited performances of Spotlight on Black Composers must be fully vaccinated for entry. Patrons are considered fully vaccinated at least 14 days after their final dose of a Pfizer, Moderna, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
A valid photo ID and one of the following must be presented at the door for entry:
1. A completed immunization card that includes the name of the vaccinated individual, type of vaccine administered, and date of last dose administered.
2. A photocopy of a vaccination card as a separate document clearly displaying all of the above information.
3. A photo of the patron’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device clearly displaying all of the above information.
4. The New York State Excelsior Pass displaying all-clear for entry.
Masks are also required to be worn at all times.
